Before submitting a proposal on projects, first complete your profile, define your skills, add your portfolio to your profile, complete your resume to the employers who will return to your profile after reviewing your proposal. Do not encounter a blank profile.

The more professional your profile, the better your chances of getting a project. Choose the right image for your profile.

Enter the project page to submit a proposal. And click Submit Offer.

Contacting an employer is only possible by submitting an offer on a project.

You can only participate in projects where you have the skills to do that project, your proposals are not finished and the project is open.

At first you can only send one message to the employer and you can not send the message again until the employer responds to you. So be sure to read the project description carefully before sending the message, note what you have been asked to do, and based on all of this, send a message to the employer and indicate it in one or two paragraphs. Explain how your experiences and skills help you be the best person to do your project and explain how you want to get the job done.
