Employers' facilities: Profile creation, project creation, freelancer search, online chat, project submission to freelancer, desktop and project management, secure payment system, dispute resolution system, comment and rating system. Freelancers Features: Creating profiles, registering work samples, selecting skills, membership plans, submitting proposals, desktops and project management, secure payment system, dispute resolution system, comment and rating system, receiving money.

2. Registration

A. All Internet users, both natural and legal persons, can use Pars Freelance facilities, except for persons under 18 years of age. To use the site, you must agree to all the rules of the site. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, let us know immediately through Support.

C. Freelance Pars has different memberships for freelancers.
Freelancers can choose the membership they need. For information on prices, refer to the tariffs page.
Each plan has a specific number of suggestions. Freelancers use this opportunity to submit proposals on projects. If the offer limit per month expires, you can upgrade your membership to a higher plan. Upgrading to a higher plan will add higher plan features, but membership time will not change. Freelance Pars reserves the right to change the membership fee or the number of monthly offers at any time.
The sold plan will not be returned and no money or amount will be returned after the purchase.

3. Relationships

A. Employer and Freelancer

1. The employer and the contractor are in direct contact with each other to carry out the project on the Pars Freelance site. After sending the offer, the employer selects the best offer or offers, and the freelancer accepts the project. The employer agrees to purchase, and the freelancer agrees to deliver the service and other necessities as agreed. (a) The contract between the Employer and the Freelancer includes the Project Description, the Freelancer Offer, and the other terms and conditions agreed between the Employer and the Freelancer on the Site; (b) Site Rules; (c) and any other content and files uploaded to the Site and agreed upon by the parties. You agree not to enter into any agreement that violates the rules of the site. Any agreement that violates the rules of the site is void. The employer is responsible for managing, reviewing, following up and paying on time to get the desired result, and the freelancer is responsible for providing quality services on time according to the agreement made. The employer and the freelancer both agree to work together to implement the agreement, and to act fairly.

2. The employer and the freelancer pay attention and agree that each acts as an independent individual. As a freelance contractor, the freelancer provides its service and there is no partnership, employer or employee relationship, partnership, agent or anything else between the employer and the freelancer or between the freelancer Pars with the employer and the freelancer.

B. Users and site

1. Freelance Pars is not a party to the accounts in contracts, contracts and project requests between the employer and the freelancer. Freelance Pars has no control over the projects and is not aware of the details. Freelance Pars items such as the quality of the project, security and legality of the service delivered, accuracy and precision of registered projects, level of knowledge, background or ability of users, ensuring that the work is done by freelancers, the employer's financial ability to pay after completion The project does not guarantee whether the freelancer or the employer will continue the project to the end. Freelance Pars is not responsible for the behavior of freelancers and freelancers are not employees of Freelance Pars. All rights and obligations of buying and selling services will be between the employer and the freelancer. Freelance Pars will not provide any tools or equipment to freelancers to carry out projects. The employer and the freelancer must work together to resolve all issues related to rights and obligations.

2. The employer and the freelancer pay attention and agree that the value, credibility and goodwill of the site depends on their performance in carrying out the project. Therefore, Freelance Pars, as a third party, will monitor the projects so that the two parties can fulfill their obligations in a timely manner.

3. Any use of the site will not make you a partner, representative, and branch between you and Freelance Pars.

4. Pars Freelance Tariffs

1. Membership fee. Freelancers can choose different plans according to their needs. Details of facilities and prices are specified on the tariff page.

2. Service fee. Freelance Pars receives 5% of project costs and 7% of service costs from freelancers. This amount will be deducted when the secure payment for the freelancer is released.

3. Freelance Pars reserves the right to change the service fee, membership fee, or any other fee it receives at any time.

5. Secure payment

A. Secure payment. It is a safe method for the project to be paid for by the employer who will do it in two steps.
1. Project payments are made by creating secure payments. Payment for the project is made by paying the amount to Freelance Pars. The employer intends that after paying to Freelance Pars, she will no longer have access to the amount. Freelance Pars only transfers the amount to the freelancer's account after the consent of the employer. If the project is not completed, the freelancer can cancel the secure payment to be returned to the employer, or in the event of a dispute, the employer or freelancer can enter the Pars Freelance dispute resolution system.

2. Disagreement. In the event of a dispute between the freelancer or the employer. The employer and the freelancer agree that Poonisha will not make any payments to either party until the status of the dispute is clarified.

B. Withdrawal request
1. You must specify the method and account number you want to withdraw from the site in the settings. To withdraw from Pars Freelance, your account must be approved. That is, the name and mobile number must be confirmed by sending the national card image and sending a text message. Poonisha will process the withdrawal requests after 4 working days.
2. In case of suspicious activity in your account, Poonisha reserves this right to not process the request until the problem is identified.

C. Other payment rules
1. Secure payments are the final release
When the secure payment is released by you, it is final and non-refundable and the employer pays attention and agrees that (i) When secure payment is released, Freelance Pars is no longer responsible for secure payment (ii) the freelancer has performed the work related to the secured payment, and the employer is fully satisfied with the work received. (iii) The employer disclaims any liability for the amount released.
2. Payment only through secure payment
As an employer, you agree to pay the project fee to the freelancer only through secure payment, whether in the first payment, subsequent payments, or subsequent projects. You also undertake not to intentionally or unintentionally do anything that would circumvent Pars Freelance. As a freelancer, you agree to receive the project cost from the employer only through secure payment, whether in the first payment, subsequent payments, or subsequent projects. 3. Report
As an employer, you agree to report immediately through the reporting system, freelancers who request payment outside of Pars Freelance. 6. Resolve disputes

A. Pars Freelance Dispute Resolution System is for the time when an amount has been created as a secure payment and has not yet been released by the employer. In case of any problems, both the employer or the freelancer can make a difference to receive the amount. (i) when the work has been delivered to the employer and the employer does not release the secure payment to the freelancer (ii) when the freelancer is not liable or (iii) when the delivered project is not of adequate quality.

B. Working method
1. Negotiation. After the dispute is created by either party, the other party is notified through Pars Freelance announcements and agrees to appear in the dispute discussion in less than 5 days. If she does not show up on time, Freelance Pars will consider the user to be at fault and a vote may be taken in favor of the user who caused the dispute. After a dispute arises, the employer and the freelancer agree to resolve the dispute through negotiation. If the outcome of the negotiation is acceptable to both parties, by announcing it, Poonisha will pay the secure payment according to the agreement. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the negotiation, you agree to request arbitration.

2. In resolving disputes between the employer and the freelancer that are not resolved through negotiation, you agree that Freelance Pars will judge the dispute as a third party or a third person selected by Freelance Pars.

7. Termination and suspension

1. These rules are effective from the time you use the Pars Freelance site. If you do not follow the rules of the site, your account may be blocked without notice.
2. You note and agree that if you refuse to carry out a project that you have accepted for no good reason, or if you enter into a dispute where the employer is completely right and the employer complains about your performance, you will pay for Pars Freelance services. Pay in full as a penalty for the first time, and if repeated, your account will be blocked.
3. Once your account is blocked, you will no longer be able to log in to the site, and you will no longer have access to the messages, files, and other information in your account.
4. When your account is blocked, you are not allowed to create another account to use the services of this site.

8. Privacy
